ORDERING & TERMS OF BOOKING

Due to the high demand for our cakes and to avoid disappointment we recommend you ‘save the date’ as soon as possible with a non-refundable £50 deposit to secure your booking, as we only take on limited commissions to allow us the time to produce a cake of the highest standards.

We offer a completely free service and a warm welcome at our showroom to come and chat and discuss your design and more importantly taste test our home-baked recipes to choose your alternative fillings

PAYMENT

Full payment of balance is due 4 weeks before your wedding date. Most debit cards accepted cheques or cash. Cancellation of an order must be confirmed in writing.

DELIVERY

A local personal delivery and set-up service is available at a small nominal charge, a charge easily saved by collection. Further distances no problem, quoted separately.

STAND HIRE

We have a variety of stands available for hire with our cakes from traditional to tiered and cupcake tower stands. All stands require a refundable security bond of £50 which is returned in full once the stand has been returned preferably within 7 days. We feel that a cake stand is a finishing touch to the perfect cake, which is why we don’t charge a hire fee.
